Making more happen.

During January 2020, i was commissioned to do a mural for the project 'Making more happen' at Walthew House,The centre for the deaf, blind and visually impaired, after many consultations with staff and the service users we decided on a design and I set to work. The mural contains lots of Stockport's most iconic buildings and structures  but also features John Walthew and his Daughter Louisa who founded the institute in 1872,

some of the service users are also represented, i particularly enjoyed painting the tandem. The mural was unveiled in February at a special event and is available to view on request.
